Iris Island Eco Resort currently has 8 individual 1 bedroom boutique villas, all with sea views. Our maximum capacity on the island is usually no more than 20 persons.

We have four Standard Sea-View Villas, two Deluxe Sea-View Villas and two Superior Sea-View Villas.

Each boutique villa has its own separate ecological solar power source and power supply with a built in power monitor. The power supply is able to power the fan (no air-conditioning), lights, and a 220V power outlet where you can charge your laptop computers and 5volt devices such as tablets and cell phones and other low power devices. (No Hairdryers)

Rates (depending on the number of persons) include:

• One night accommodation in either a standard, deluxe or superior beach sea-view villa
• Mosquito nets
• Complementary in room water and water filter
• Free breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet daily
• Complementary coffee and tea and water available all day in the restaurant (juices, shakes, cappuccino and coffee drinks, ice drinks, soft drinks and alcohol are not included but are available at a cost)

Standard Sea-View Villas

Ideally can accommodate either of the following:

• 1 Couple
• 1 Family (1 or 2 parents with 1 or 2 children)
• 1 Single Adult
• 2 Single Adults
• 3 Single Adults

There are currently 4 Standard Sea-view boutique villas each located about 10 meters above the beach level. They all have great beach and ocean views and are only about 50 meters from the reception area. On the west side of the front beach there are 3 villas in close proximity and on the east side one solitary villa (perfect for maximum privacy). Pathways connect these villas to all areas of the island including the spa, common area, reception office, restaurant and beaches.

2 of the villas have one king-size bed and one bunk bed. They can accommodate 1 couple or 1 family (couple or single parent with 1 or 2 children). They can also accommodate 1 single traveler.

2 of the villas have 3 single beds and can accommodate 1, 2 or 3 single adults each having their own bed.

Each boutique villa is 35m2, has one bedroom, one bathroom with hot shower and a balcony with double outdoor bench areas for relaxing. Each is equipped with either a super-comfy king-size poster bed and bunk bed or 3 super-comfy single poster beds, bedside tables, floor fan, water filter and dispenser, USB charge plugs, 220V plug, antique vanity and mirror with chair, wardrobe, and balcony table and chairs. Comfortable and spacious mosquito nets are included for all poster beds and bunk beds.

Deluxe Sea-View Villas

Ideally can accommodate either of the following:

• 1 Couple
• 1 Single Adult
• 1 Couple or Single Parent with 1 small child

There are currently 2 Deluxe Sea-View boutique villas on the island with magnificent ocean views, each perched on a cliff edge about 20 meters above the ocean level and about 200 meters distance from the reception office and near the cliff top restaurant. Located along the natural pathways of the island, they offer maximum privacy. Pathways connect these villas to all areas of the island including the spa, common area, reception office, restaurant and beaches.

Each Deluxe Sea-View Villa has one king-size bed and one sofa bed. They can accommodate 1 couple, 1 single adult or 1 couple or single parent with 1 small child (sofa bed)

Each boutique villa is 35m2, has one bedroom, one bathroom with hot shower and a balcony with double outdoor bench areas for relaxing. Each is equipped with a super-comfy king-size poster bed and small sofa bed, bedside tables, floor fan, water filter and dispenser, USB charge plugs, 220V plug, antique vanity and mirror with chair, wardrobe, and balcony table and chairs. Comfortable and spacious mosquito nets are included for all poster beds and if needed for the sofa beds. Storage lockers are included in the Deluxe Villa, large enough to safely store your laptops and other valuables.

Superior Sea-View Villas

There are currently 2 Superior Sea-View boutique villas, which are our best and most popular villas on the island. Their four meter double sliding glass doors offer spectacular ocean views of surrounding islands with Coron Island in the far distance and breathtaking views of the early morning sunrise. The Superior Sea-View Villas are each perched on a cliff edge about 20 meters above the ocean level and about 220 meters distance from the reception office and are the closest to the cliff top restaurant. Located along the natural pathways of the island, they offer maximum privacy. Pathways connect these villas to all areas of the island including the spa, common area, reception office, restaurant and beaches.

Each Superior Sea-View Villa has one king-size bed and one sofa bed. They can accommodate 1 couple, 1 single adult or 1 couple or single parent with 1 small child (sofa bed)

Each boutique villa is 35m2, has one bedroom, one bathroom with hot shower and a terrace with reclining lounge chairs, table and chairs. Each is equipped with a luxurious super-comfy king-size poster bed and small sofa bed, bedside tables, floor fan, water filter and dispenser, USB charge plugs, 220V plug, antique vanity and mirror with chair, wardrobe, and balcony table and chairs. Each is tastefully and uniquely decorated with Palawan native art. Two bathrobes are included in room. Comfortable and spacious mosquito nets are used for all poster beds and if needed for the sofa beds. Storage lockers are included in the Supreme Villa, large enough to safely store your laptops and other valuables.
